Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy 

Items are NON REFUNDABLE unless damaged or faulty. Items will be offered to either be replaced or re-make the item first, the item will need to be un-used/un-worn. 
If there is a mistake on our part, for instance - incorrect spelling on items, items will be replaced & sent to you. We do not cover return postage or refund any postage fees. 

Terms of return 14 days after purchase

  • Items must be unworn
  • exchange available if the item is faulty
  • process for returns - please email labellingwithlove20@gmail.com
  • refund will only be given if replacement item is out of stock.
