Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless a postage upgrade is purchased at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow at least 5 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
If you need your parcel for a specific date, please make sure you order with plenty of time to allow for both our processing time and delivery.
If you're unsure whether we can get your parcel to you in time, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by bank holidays, adverse weather, Royal Mail delays and other circumstances outside of our control.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
