For just £1.99, Touch of Appreciation will review your business needs and create an initial personalised appreciation design or recommendation based on the information you provide.

This is the first step towards creating something thoughtful, professional and completely suited to your business.

How It Works

1. Purchase the £1.99 design fee

Complete your purchase through Shopify.

2. Complete the short Discovery Form

After purchasing, you will receive a link to the form.

The form should take approximately 5 minutes to complete and gives us the information needed to create your personalised design.

3. We review your information

We will look at your business, your customer or staff audience, the occasion and how you want the recipient to feel.

4. Your initial design is created

We will create an idea or recommendation specifically for your business.

5. Receive your separate quotation

Once the design direction has been agreed, you will receive a separate quotation for any physical products, quantities, packaging, personalisation and delivery.

There is no obligation to proceed with the additional quotation.

Important Information

The £1.99 payment is a design fee only.

It does not include any physical products, packaging, postage or delivery.

Your design cannot begin until both of the following have been received:

• Your £1.99 payment
• Your completed Discovery Form

Please complete the Discovery Form within 7 days of purchase.

If the form is not completed within 7 days, your order will remain on hold until the information has been received.

Please use the same name and email address on the Discovery Form that you used when placing your order. This allows us to match your form to your payment quickly.
