Processing & Delivery

Each pin is individually personalised and made to order.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If you need your pin for a particular date, please order with sufficient time for production and delivery. You can contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
