If you provide only the character choices and names, “Our Family” will be added as standard.

Processing & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.
Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.
If your order is needed for a wedding, housewarming, birthday or another particular date, please allow sufficient time for production and delivery. You can contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
