Processing & Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.
Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.
As this is a Christmas item, please order with plenty of time for production and delivery. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know whether we can meet it.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.
