Making & Delivery
Each bauble is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, this may increase to 7–10 working days.
Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased at checkout.
Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding a parcel that has not arrived.
If you need your order for a specific date, please allow enough time for both processing and delivery. You are welcome to contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can meet your required date.
Delivery estimates may be affected by bank holidays, adverse weather, Royal Mail delays and other circumstances outside our control.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
