  1. Open and prepare the ink pad
  2. Gently press hand, foot, or paw onto the clean-touch surface
  3. Remove the ink pad from the card
  4. You can then email me the picture of the paper to
    Labellingwithlove20@gmail.com with your order number, within 24 hours

    Items are non refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

    Please always check your spelling for personalisation as refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. I can assume there is a mistake when names are spelt different ways.
