Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If you need your book bag for the first day of school or another particular date, please order with sufficient time for both production and delivery. You're welcome to contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
