MAKING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 5 working days for making and dispatch, increasing to 7–10 working days during busy periods.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.
Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.
During the Christmas period, please order as early as possible. If you need your order by a specific date, contact me before ordering and I'll let you know whether it's achievable.

Refunds/Exchanges
Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
