Making & Delivery

Each bunny is made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased at checkout.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding a parcel that has not arrived.

If you need your bunny for a specific date, please allow sufficient time for both processing and delivery. You are welcome to contact us before ordering if you would like to check whether we can meet your required date.
