Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If your gift is needed for a birthday, Christmas or another particular date, please order with enough time for production and delivery. You are welcome to contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

    Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

  • Personalised Items/Spelling

    Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
