Processing & Delivery

This item is made to order.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods, this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If you need your order for a particular date, please allow enough time for both processing and delivery. You're welcome to contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

Delivery estimates may be affected by bank holidays, adverse weather, Royal Mail delays and other circumstances outside our control.
