MAKING & DELIVERY

As your tin is personalised and made especially for you, please allow up to 5 working days for making and dispatch, increasing to 7–10 working days during busy periods.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If ordering for a particular date, please allow sufficient time for production and delivery. You can always contact me before ordering if you would like to check whether your required date is achievable.
