Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 2 working days for your card to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 5 working days.

Cards are sent via FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch. A 1st Class postage upgrade is available.

If you need your card for a particular moving date or housewarming celebration, please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether there is enough time.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

    Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

    Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
