Choosing Your Photograph

For the best finished result, we recommend uploading an original, high-quality photograph.

Bright, clear and well-focused images will generally produce the best print.

Where possible, avoid screenshots or photographs downloaded from social media as these can be lower quality.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If your slate is needed for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or another particular date, please allow sufficient time for both production and delivery. You are welcome to contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
