Processing & Delivery

Cards are made to order and carefully packaged in a cellophane bag and board-backed envelope.

Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch, increasing to 5 working days during busy periods.

Standard postage is FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch. A Royal Mail 1st Class upgrade is available, which usually takes approximately 1–3 working days.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Bank holidays, adverse weather and Royal Mail delays may affect delivery times.

If you need your card for a housewarming party, moving day or another specific date, please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether it will arrive in time.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

    Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

    Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
