Please check all spelling carefully before placing your order, as your personalisation will be created using the information supplied.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods, this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless an alternative delivery upgrade is selected at checkout.

Once dispatched, please allow at least 5 working days before contacting us regarding a non-arrival.

If you need your order for a particular date, please allow enough time for both processing and delivery. You are welcome to contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether we can meet your required date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by bank holidays, adverse weather, Royal Mail delays and other circumstances outside our control.

    Items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. We will offer to replace or re-make your items first, they must be returned un-used. We do not cover return postage nor refund any postage fees.

    Please always check your spelling for personalisation, text is copied exactly how it's written, refunds will not be issued if you have made a spelling mistake. If however I have made a mistake I will always replace this product and dispatch it ahead of any other orders.
