For the best finished portrait, please provide the clearest, highest-quality photograph you have.

Ideally, the full front of the property should be visible with as little obstruction as possible.

The quality and detail of the finished artwork will depend on the photograph supplied, so please avoid screenshots or heavily compressed images where possible.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

If this is required for a housewarming, moving date, anniversary or another particular occasion, please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether there is sufficient time.
