Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods this may increase to 7–10 working days.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless a postage upgrade is purchased.

Please allow at least 5 working days after dispatch before contacting us regarding non-arrival.

For school starts, holidays or another particular date, please leave sufficient time for production and delivery.
